New Job Opening as of January 31st, 2012:

PROGRAM DIRECTOR

Work Location: Sunnyvale, CA

1. Design appropriate curriculum and activities for children of preschool and kindergarten using Montessori teaching methodology and techniques.

2. Conduct training programs for teachers and staff.

3. Supervise and evaluate the performance of staff and teachers.

4. Communicate regularly with teachers and staff regarding scheduling, transportation, activity planning and other related program functions.

5. Ensure school’s compliance with all government licensing regulations, agency policies, and the Education Code.

Require Master’s degree in Education or a related field. Require one year of experience in the job offered or in teaching and curriculum design.
